Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during peak times or sales may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Packaging
Due to the delicate nature of vintage and antique items, all orders are carefully packed using protective materials. We take extra care to ensure safe transit.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
